These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Logosters website and any services purchased from Logosters, including web development, logo design, branding and social media marketing services. By engaging Logosters for a project, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
Logosters provides design and development services as described on our Services and Pricing pages. Exact deliverables, timelines and revision rounds for your project will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Payments
- Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion or in agreed milestones.
- Prices listed on this website are starting prices and may vary based on project scope, to be confirmed during your consultation.
- Recurring services (such as social media management) are billed monthly and can be cancelled with notice as agreed at signup.
4. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, or unlimited revisions where stated. Requests that fall outside the original project scope may be quoted separately.
5. Intellectual property & ownership
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final approved design files transfers to the client. Logosters retains the right to display completed work in its own portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled before any work has started, the deposit may be refunded at Logosters' discretion, minus any costs already incurred.
7. Limitation of liability
Logosters is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered designs, websites or marketing materials. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Logosters' place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
